Lowville man Accused of A.U.O. and Drug Possession in the Town of Lowville
TOWN OF LOWVILLE-A 30 year old Lowville man is facing unlicensed operation and criminal possession charges. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks arrested Benjamin M. Tuttle in the Town of Lowville on Saturday and charged him with one count each of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A misdemeanor and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, a Class U misdemeanor. Tuttle was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date.
