Lowville Man Accused of Aggravated D.W.I.

TOWN OF LOWVILLE-A 39 year old Lowville man was arrested for Aggravated D.W.I. following an early Saturday morning vehicle stop in the Town of Lowville. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Ryan T. Tabolt with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Aggravated D.W.I. Per Se with No Prior: both Class U misdemeanors. Tabolt was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges in the Town of Lowville Court at a later date. The incident was pending investigation as of press time.
