Lowville Man Accused of D.W.I. in the Town of New Bremen

TOWN OF NEW BREMEN-A 56 year old Lowville man was arrested for D.W.I. in the Town of New Breman on Thanksgiving. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged David Francis Dickson with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% Alcohol or More in Blood-First Offense: Both Class U misdemeanors. Dickson Was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of New Bremen Court at a later date.
