Lowville Man Charged With Harassment, Deputies Say

Denmark- A 33 year old Lowville man was arrested and charged with Harassment, stemming from an incident on June 12.

Deputies say that Tony Rizza allegedly caused physical contact during a reported argument in the Village of Castorland. He was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree.

Rizza will answer the charge in the Town of Denmark Court at a later date. No further details were released.
