Lowville Man Facing Multiple Child Sex Offenses in Town of Martinsburg
TOWN OF MARTINSBURG-A 50 year old Lowville man is accused of multiple sexual offenses following an incident that was reported on July 26th of this year in the Town of Martinsburg. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks arrested Christopher M. Peterson Friday morning and charged him with one count each of Criminal Sex Act in the 3rd Degree-Actor greater than 21, Victim less than 17, a Class E felony; Forceable touching of Intimate Parts and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both Class A misdemeanors, and Sexual Abuse in the 3rd Degree, a Class B misdemeanor. Peterson’s arrest status was listed as cash bail as of press time. No further details were released.
