Lowville Police charge local resident with harassment in wake of complaint filed earlier in December

LOWVILLE- A local resident in the village is accused of harassment, authorities are reporting.

Scott P. Fici, 65, of Lowville, NY was arrested on Saturday by the Village Police Department for one count of harassment in the second-degree.

According to Chief of Police Daryl Ortlieb, Fici allegedly subjected a female subject to unwanted contact. A complaint regarding this matter was received earlier in December, police said.

At press time, police said that Fici was issued with an appearance ticket and will appear at a later date in Lowville Town Court.
