Lowville Resident Accused of Sexual Offenses with a Child Under 17
TOWN OF DENMARK-A 25 year old Loville resident is facing sexual offense charges following an investigation into an incident that was reported on August 2nd in the Town of Denmark. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Lucino Hernandez-Bautista on Friday with one count each of Acting in a Manner Injurious to a Child less than 17 years of age, a Class A misdemeanor; Promoting Sexual Performance of a Child less than 17, a Class D felony; and Possession of Sexual Performance of a Child, a Class E felony. Hernandez-Bautista’s arrest status was not released by State Police.
