
LOWVILLE- A village resident is accused of violating a local court ordered protection, according to law enforcement. Dustin P. Spencer, 29, of Lowville, NY was arrested on Friday by the Village Police Department. Spencer is formally charged with one count of criminal contempt in the second-degree. According to Chief of Police Daryl Ortlieb, Spencer allegedly disobeyed a Town of Lowville Justice Court Order of Protection. At press time, authorities said Spencer was issued with an appearance ticket, which is returnable to Lowville Town Court at a later date. There were no further details provided.
