Lowville resident charged with trespass at Kinney Drug Store, police say

LOWVILLE- A local resident is accused of trespassing inside of a village store, authorities say.

James Collins, 48, of Lowville, NY is formally charged by the village police department with one violation of trespassing.

According to Chief of Police, Daryl Ortlieb, officers recently responded to the Kinney Drug Store on Utica Boulevard after Collins allegedly entered the store after being told he was no longer allowed.

Collins was issued with an appearance ticket, which is returnable to Lowville Town Court at a later date.
