Man Arrested for Possession of Marijuana following a Traffic Stop in Lowville

A 20 year old Carthage man was arrested Sunday afternoon for possessing marijuana following a traffic stop on Bostwick Street in the Village of Lowville.

Lowville Village Police charged Justin W. Schall with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Marijuana was found on Schall, who was a back seat passenger, when the vehicle was searched. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Lowville Village Court at a later date.
