Man charged in town of Remsen domestic incident, deputies say

REMSEN- A man is faced with numerous offenses that trace back to complaints of a domestic incident Sunday in Oneida County, authorities say.

Christian C. Rodriguez, 32 (no address provided), was arrested Sunday by the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office. He is officially charged with a felony count of aggravated family offense; along with misdemeanors of criminal mischief in the fourth-degree and unlawful imprisonment.

He was also charged with a violation of harassment the second-degree.

Deputies were called out to 9-1-1 reports of a domestic in progress at a home in the town of Remsen.

Rodriguez was taken in for processing and held for arraignment, according to what police said at press time.

Members from the New York State Police and New York State Forest Rangers provided assistance with the arrest.
