
A quick cold snap is expected Wednesday night through Thursday, but once Friday arrives, the forecast suggests another warm up.
Speaking of which, temperatures are expected in the 50’s and even near 60 degrees as of this publication Tuesday and into Wednesday.
Several clubs have closed their trail systems. In addition, some clubs have also suspended grooming efforts until and if more snow arrives.

Barnes Corners Sno-Pals: No grooming until conditions allow. Trails continue deteriorating.
Brantingham Snowmobile Club: Trails are now CLOSED.
Long Pond Sno Sled Club: Trails are officially CLOSED.
Lost Trail Snowmobile Club: Trails are CLOSED.
Missing Link Snowmobile Club: Trails are CLOSED.
Osceola Snowmobile Association: No updates since February 24. Expect spring like conditions.
Ohio Ridge Riders: Trails are now CLOSED.
Old Forge/Town of Webb: Trails are now CLOSED.
Penn Mountain Snow Riders: Trails are CLOSED.
Southern Tug Hill Sno-Riders: No updates since February 25.
Trackside Blazers: Trails are CLOSED.
Turin Ridge Riders: Riding is a no go, even on the seasonal roads.
Valley Snow Travelers: No updates since February 22.
NOTICE: Local law enforcement and snowmobile club officials are warning all riders to obey any and all rules and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to: respecting closed trails and staying off from private property. Police warn to never snowmobile while intoxicated or under the influence of any substance. Watch your speeds and remember to look out for and give right-of-way to groomers on the trails.
