Natural Bridge Man Charged By State Police

Town of Lowville, March 25: A 56 year old Natural Bridge man was arrested by the New York State Police yesterday afternoon (March 30, at 2:00pm) regarding a reported incident in the Town of Lowville.

State Troopers from the Carthage Barracks report that James M. Brodt was charged with one count each of fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor, and reckless driving, a class U misdemeanor. The arrest stems from an alleged incident in the Town of Lowville reported to police on March 25, at 9:40pm. His arrest status was listed as cash bail. The incident is pending further investigation. No further details were released.
