New York State DOT reminds motorists of numerous road construction projects locally

Multiple road projects will result in potential delays for motorists in the local area for the week of November 13, according to the New York State DOT: 

Remsen (Oneida County): On Main Street, between Steuben and Prospect Streets, motorists will encounter lane closures in both directions, with flaggers in place, due to sidewalk work.

Russia & Ohio (Herkimer County): Drivers will encounter lane closures in both directions along State Route 8 (between Military Road and Route 365) for paving work and ditching/drive pipe end section installations. Flaggers will be established. 

Steuben & Holland Patent (Oneida County): Drivers are warned of lane closures and flaggers along State Route 274 (between Fuller Road and Route 365), due to signage work. 

Webb (Herkimer County): Drivers will encounter lane closures in both directions on State Route 28 (between Otter Lake and Thendara, NY) for guide-rail work. Flaggers will be posted.
