North Country resident accused of aggravated DWI and criminal mischief, State Police say

WEST CARTHAGE- A North Country resident is faced with aggravated DWI and criminal mischief accusations, authorities say.

Tyree J. Olcott, 23, of West Carthage, NY was arrested by the New York State Police (Carthage) shortly after 7:30 p.m. Sunday evening. He is officially charged with one misdemeanor count each of aggravated DWI, DWI and criminal mischief in the fourth-degree.

According to Troopers, the charges were issued in the town of West Carthage.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending.

Olcott was issued with appearance tickets and the State Police included no further details to report.
