North Country resident accused of aggravated unlicensed operation in Lowville: NYSP

LOWVILLE- Authorities say a North Country area resident is charged for alleged unlicensed operation in Lewis County.

The New York State Police (Lowville) arrested Kendra J. Zehr, 30, of Antwerp, NY shortly after 1:00 a.m. Tuesday for one count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the second-degree (three or more suspensions on three or more separate dates).

Troopers said this charge was filed in the village of Lowville.

At press time, authorities said that Zehr was released.

There were no further details provided.
