North Country resident charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in Jefferson County, Troopers say

CARTHAGE- A North Country area resident is accused of unlicensed operation in Jefferson County.

According to the New York State Police (Carthage), Joseph A. Seymour, 32, of Carthage, NY was arrested and charged on May 7 with one count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the second-degree.

Troopers say this charge was filed that same afternoon in the village of Carthage, NY.

At press time, authorities said an investigation was pending. Meanwhile, Seymour was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
