ONEIDA COUNTY: WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 P.M. EDT SATURDAY EVENING.

* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* WHERE...Northern Oneida, Southern Cayuga, Onondaga, Madison and Southern Oneida counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 P.M. EDT Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Saturated soils from recent rainfall may enhance the risk of falling trees.
