JEFFERSON, LEWIS & OSWEGO COUNTIES: WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 2 A.M. TO 10 A.M. EDT MONDAY.

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations one to two inches and ice accumulations a few hundredths of an inch, mainly across the higher terrain of the Tug Hill Plateau. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...The Eastern Lake Ontario Region.

* WHEN...From 2 A.M. to 10 A.M. EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds will down tree branches and cause isolated power outages.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest wind gusts are expected across the north facing slopes of the Tug Hill.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact this mornings commute.
