TUG HILL PLATEAU- WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 6 P.M. THURSDAY TO 1 P.M. EST FRIDAY.
* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch across the northern half of Jefferson County and across the higher terrain of Lewis county.
* WHERE...Jefferson and Lewis Counties. The greatest ice accumulations are expected near the Saint Lawrence River and the Tug Hill.
* WHEN...From 6 P.M. Thursday to 1 P.M. EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the commute this evening and the Friday morning commute.

* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes.
