NYSP: Carthage resident accused of DWI in Croghan

CROGHAN- A North Country resident is charged with driving while intoxicated in Lewis County.

During the late evening hours on Sunday, the New York State Police (Carthage) arrested Tina Marie Belair, 59, of Carthage, NY with one count each of DWI (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC or greater).

Troopers said these charges were filed following a suspicious vehicle complaint in the town of Croghan.

At press time, police said that an investigation was pending, while Belair was issued with an appearance ticket.
