NYSP: Driver accused of using vehicle without interlock device in Forestport

FORESTPORT- A local resident from Northern Oneida County is accused of using a vehicle without an interlock device.

During the afternoon hours on Monday, the New York State Police (Remsen) arrested and charged Raymond E. LaComb, 40, of Forestport, NY with one misdemeanor count of using a leased and/or rented and/or loaned vehicle (not equipped with an interlock device).

According to Troopers, this arrest was made in the town of Forestport on Monday afternoon.

At press time, LaComb’s arrest status suggested an appearance for centralized arraignment.

There were no further details provided.
