NYSP: Local resident charged with intoxicated driving in Herkimer County

HERKIMER COUNTY- A local resident is accused of intoxicated driving in the Mohawk Valley, authorities say.

Renee L. Amicucci, 34, of Woodgate, NY was arrested early Wednesday by the New York State Police (Herkimer). Amicucci is formally charged with one count each of DWI (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC).

According to Troopers, these charges were issued shortly before 5:00 a.m. in the town of Little Falls.

At press time, police said Amicucci was issued with an appearance ticket.
