OCSO: Local woman accused of criminal contempt and harassment in Oneida County domestic incident

ONEIDA COUNTY- A local resident is faced with a pair of charges following complaints of a domestic incident last-week in Oneida County, authorities say.

Katie Phillips, 28, of Barneveld, NY was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office on Friday. Phillips is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal contempt in the second-degree and one violation of harassment in the second-degree.

Deputies say these charges stem from an alleged domestic incident on May 16 in the town of Marshall.

Following processing, officials say that Phillips appeared in Centralized Arraignment, where bail was set in lieu of $5,000.
