Old Forge to celebrate traditional St. Patrick’s Day Parade Friday, March 17

OLD FORGE- It’s the largest parade in the entire Adirondack’s – Old Forge and their traditional St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

Although there is still plenty of leftover white on the ground, folks throughout the Western Adirondacks are gearing up to go green in what has become a beloved celebration of the Irish spirit.

Spectators are reminded that the parade will begin at 5:00 p.m. Friday, March 17. “You don’t want to miss out,” Town of Webb Tourism Director Mike Farmer told us.

As always, the parade will feature a lengthy lineup of creative floats and all sorts of entertainment.

Don’t forget, several local businesses will be offering specialties.
