On Thursday, September 19, 2024, Jefferson-Lewis-Hamilton-Herkimer-Oneida BOCES Superintendent, Stephen J. Todd, joined North Country News and discussed ongoing forums hosted via the State Education Department, regarding proposed high school graduation requirements in New York State.

In short, the proposed changes, if enacted, will offer alternate means for students to show they possess the skills necessary to merge into the real world, including by taking the traditional regents examinations.
