Oneida County man faced with felony larceny charge, State Police say

FLOYD- A Mohawk Valley man is faced with a felony accusation stemming from a larceny investigation in Oneida County, authorities say.

Thomas A. Sperduto, 45, of Utica, NY was arrested Wednesday by the New York State Police (Remsen). He is officially charged with one felony count of grand larceny in the third-degree.

Troopers say this charge was filed in the Floyd and stems from complaints received in September. Furthermore, Sperduto is also faced with several other felony charges in the towns of Marcy and Westmoreland, including larceny of a vehicle and others.

At press time, Sperduto’s arrest status was listed as held.

No additional details were available via the State Police.
