Ontario County resident accused of DWI in West Turin, Troopers say

WEST TURIN- A resident from Western New York is accused of intoxicated driving in Lewis County, authorities say.

Kodie M. Perrin, 32, of Bloomfield, NY was arrested and charged Thursday night by the New York State Police (Lowville) for one count each of DWI (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC).

According to Troopers, these charges were filed shortly before 10:00 p.m. in the town of West Turin. At press time, police said an investigation was still pending.

Perrin was released with an appearance ticket and there were no further details provided.
