NEW BREMEN- A pair of North Country teenagers are accused using a vape pen at a local school district, authorities say.
On Wednesday, the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office arrested two 15-year-old juveniles from the Beaver River Central School. Each teenage suspect was charged with one misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a child.
