Boonville police charged 58 year old Debra Maine of Newport Friday evening with two counts of issuing a bad check. Maine was arrested on an active warrant issued by the village of Boonville Court. She was arraigned in the town of Steuben Court where she was remanded to the Oneida County Jail on $500 cash bail or $750 bond.

 

56 year old Tina Kenyon of Rome was arrested Saturday evening by Boonville Police and charged with issuing a bad check. Kenyon was served with a criminal summons issued by the Village of Boonville Court and was released to return to the village of Boonville Court at a later date to answer the charge.

State Police in Marcy arrested 32 year old Codi Kennedy of Rome following a month long investigation into the theft and unauthorized use of a credit card. The April 15
th arrest was made after Kennedy allegedly made over $3,000 in unauthorized purchases with a credit card. She also provided a false written statement during the investigation. Kennedy was charged with Grand Larceny in the 3rd, Identity Theft in the 1st, and Making a Punishable False Written Statement. She was arraigned in the City of Rome Court and committed to Oneida County Jail on $5,000 bail.
