According to Sheriff’s Office investigation, Brian M. Dehart, 42, of Watertown, NY was heading north on 26 in his Landrover. As he was approaching the intersection of Stokes-Westernville Road, this is when Matthew K. Moor, 23, of Baldwinsville, NY pulled-out into the roadway.
When Moor made his move into the intersection, he saw Dehart’s approaching Landrover and came to a stop.
Dehart veered right to avoid a wreck, but ended up smashing into a parked 2011 Kia at 9144 State Route 26. Damage was also reported to the home’s porch steps.
