Port Leyden trio charged with second-degree harassment: LCSO

LYONSDALE- Three residents from the southern end of Lewis County are all faced with harassment accusations, authorities say.

On Tuesday, police officially charged Kayla M. Weber, 27, Ryan M. Weber, 34, and Nicholas A. Ripp, 26, all of Port Leyden, NY with one count each of harassment in the second-degree (w/physical contact).

This is all according to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office. These arrests trace back to complaints of an alleged disturbance last Thursday evening on the River Road, town of Lyonsdale.

All three subjects were issued with an appearance ticket. The charges are returnable to the Town of Lyonsdale Court at a later date.

There were no further details provided from the Sheriff’s Office.
