Redfield Man Arrested for D.W.I. in the Town of Osceola

TOWN OF OSCEOLA-A 56 year old Redfield man is accused of D.W.I. following a vehicle stop in the Town of Osceola. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Jeffrey Richard Avotte with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% Alcohol or More in Blood-First Offense; both Class U misdemeanors. Avotte was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Osceola Court.
