BOONVILLE- The next BOE meeting for Adirondack Central School will focus around discussion for the next capital project, with the possibility for making a decision on which building configuration to go with moving forward.

This meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 9 at the High School’s large Instruction Room.

As previously reported, there are three different scenarios revolving around this capital project, including maintaining all buildings as they stand, with significant projects to update both the Boonville and West Leyden Elementary Schools.

The second potential scenario involves closing West Leyden Elementary and moving fifth grade to the Middle School, while also updating Boonville Elementary.

Finally, the third and last potential scenario for this proposed capital project involves closing down both Boonville and West Leyden Elementary buildings and constructing an elementary complex at the middle and high school campus.

The meeting is open to the public.
