ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY- The murder trial for Michael Snow, the man accused of killing a college student last-year in St. Lawrence County, will be pushed back to another date.
It was supposed to begin this coming Monday, January 23, according to the latest updates from WWNY-TV.
Snow is charged with murder in the second-degree after he was arrested for allegedly shooting and killing Elizabeth Howell last February.
The incident occurred near SUNY Potsdam. Howell was a senior student at the Crane School of Music.
St. Lawrence County District Attorney Gary Pasqua told reporters the trial has been pushed back at the request of both prosecutors and the defense, citing that the pre-trial process has not yet been completed as of this update.
There is no official word on when the new trial date will be.
