Report: North Country man found guilty in court for making meth

LOWVILLE- A North Country man has been found guilty for unlawfully manufacturing meth.

This trial began Monday for Nickolas C. Tubolino, 45, of Lorraine, NY, with a jury reaching their verdict Wednesday.

These updates are according to the latest from Linking Lewis County. Tubolino was found guilty on one count of felony unlawful manufacturing of meth in the third-degree.

He was arrested in August, 2021 after Lewis County Drug Task Force searched a Deer River Road address in the town of Denmark the month before.

Judge Daniel King presided over the trial and remanded Tubolino to the county jail, where he will wait for sentencing in February.

It’s reported that Tubolino had a previous unlawful meth manufacturing conviction in Jefferson County in August, 2015.
