Rome Man Accused of Assault in the Town of Lee
TOWN OF LEE-A 32 year old Rome man was arrested by New York State Police from the Lee Barracks following a report of an assault in the Town of Lee. Troopers charged Joshua B. Hart of Assault in the 3rd Degree with intent to cause Physical Injury, a Class A misdemeanor. Hart was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Lee Court at a later date. The incident was pending investigation as of press time.
