ROME- A city man has been arrested for having sexual contact with an underage female child, according to authorities from the Oneida County Sheriff's Office.

Mackenzie Mantelli, 35, of Rome, NY was arrested Wednesday morning in the wake of an Oneida County Grand Jury indictment:

Mantelli was arraigned in Oneida County Court and he was remanded to the Oneida County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Services have been offered to the victim by the Child Advocacy Center and an order of protection has been requested on behalf of the child.
