State Police ask for help in search of wanted man accused of failing to show up for court in Lewis County

LEWIS COUNTY- State Police authorities are asking for help from the public in finding a man, who is wanted in Lewis County on a bench warrant.

Michael A. Bennett, 50, is accused of failing to show up in Martinsburg Town Court on DWI charges and fleeing the scene of a property damage crash in September, 2020, according to investigators.

A bench warrant was issued on December 13, 2022 and those who may have any information that can assist with the case are asked to contact the State Police (Oneida): 315-366-6000.
