State Police charge Boonville resident with trespass in Forestport

FORESTPORT- A local resident is faced with a trespass charge in Northern Oneida County, authorities say.

Jaimie S. Bachmann, 36, of Boonville, NY was arrested last Friday evening by the New York State Police (Old Forge). Bachmann is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal trespass in the third-degree (enclosed or fenced property).

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from trespass complaints in the town of Forestport.

At press time, police said that Bachmann was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
