State Police Charge Seven Suspects With Trespass After Ambulance Request

Seven people including six men and one woman were arrested by the New York State Police this past Monday regarding a reported incident with an ambulance request.

State Troopers from the Carthage Barracks report that a 21 year old Jacob Worden of Adams Center, a 26 year old Jungmi Nesterick of Rochester, a 19 year old Matthew Hughes of Rome, a 21 year old Michael Nesterick from Watertown, a 20 year old Steven Sigouin of Adams, a 23 year old Daniel Cieniewicz of Stittville and a 19 year old Shane Carelli of Holland Patent were all charged with one count of trespass, a violation. The arrests stem from a reported incident that was issued to police on August 8th. We didn’t receive any further updates from the police, however the website www.linkinglewiscounty.com received reports confirming that an 18 year old female was enduring seizures as 911 crews were called to the Roberts Road this past Monday late afternoon. The report indicates that the individuals were on posted property behind a locked gate at the King Falls Hydro Facility. The arrests came after the female was taken to Lewis County General Hospital.
