CONSTABLEVILLE- Numerous felony drug and weapons charges have been lodged against a resident from the Southern end of Lewis County.
Andrew Grenicko, 57, of Constableville, NY was arrested and charged on Wednesday morning by the New York State Police (Lowville) for one felony count each of criminally possessing an assault weapon in the third-degree; criminally possessing a firearm; criminally possessing a weapon in the third-degree (ammunition feeding device); criminally possessing a narcotic drug in the fourth-degree; criminally possessing a controlled substance in the third-degree (narcotic drug w/intent to sell) and criminally possessing a controlled substance in the fourth-degree (meth).
A misdemeanor offense was also filed against Grenicko for criminally possessing a weapon in the fourth-degree (ghost gun).
Troopers say all of these charges were filed stemming from an investigation in the village of Constableville on May 13.
At press time, police said an investigation was still pending. Meanwhile, Grenicko’s arrest status was listed as cash bail as of this publication. There were no further details provided.
