State Police: Out of state resident charged with obstructing governmental administration in Lewis County

MARTINSBURG- A person from out of state is accused of obstructing governmental administration in Lewis County, authorities say.

Christopher Collier, 55, of Missoula, MT was arrested during the very early hours on Saturday. Collier is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of obstructing governmental administration in the second-degree.

According to Troopers, the charge was filed in the town of Martinsburg shortly after 1:00 a.m.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending.

An arrest status for Collier was not reported and there were no further details available.
