State Police: Westernville Man Facing DWI Charges, Traffic Infractions

Town of Webb, June 4: A 27 year old Westernville man was arrested by the New York State Police last night (June 4, at 8:52pm) regarding a reported DWI traffic stop.

State Troopers from the Remsen Barracks report that Thomas W. Albright was charged with DWI-1st Offense and operation of a Motor Vehicle with a .08 of 1% BAC, 1st Offense; both Class U Misdemeanors. He was also charged with various infractions, including Refusal to Take a Breath Test, Drinking Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle on a Highway and Speed in Excess of 55mph.

The arrest stems from a traffic stop conducted by patrols on State Route 28, in the Town of Webb, reported at 8:40pm. He was issued with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Webb Court at a later date. No further details were released.
