Stefanik while speaking at NYC Trump rally: ‘New York is Trump country’

NEW YORK- “New York is Trump country.” That was an opening remark made by North Country Congresswoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY-21) on Sunday while she appeared during a Trump Rally at New York City’s Madison Square Garden.

With the election now only days away, the rhetoric between former U.S. President, Donald Trump, and Vice President, Kamala Harris, has been heating up over the last few weeks, as the pair try to convince their pitch to voters on the economy and several other issues.

Stefanik, a staunch Trump ally, lashed out at President Biden and Vice President Harris over the handling of withdrawing troops from Afghanistan, while also pointing out Putin’s invasion of Ukraine and now the situation overseas in Israel.

Stefanik wrapped up her remarks by encouraging people across New York to hit the polls come Election Day, which will be Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
