T/o Webb Property Smoking Ban

The Town of Webb Town Board has adopted a nonsmoking policy for all town properties. Originally, the policy included an enforcement aspect, but the board removed said component so that it could be a local law, not a policy. The policy spawned from Herkimer County HealthNet suggestions and DPW spending a good deal of time removing cigarette butts from town property.
