LEE- A local youth suspect is faced with a felony offense following a reported disturbance last week in Oneida County.
On Sunday afternoon, the New York State Police (Lee) announced the arrest of a 15-year-old teenage suspect from Lee Center, NY for one felony count of criminal mischief in the third-degree (damaging another person’s property with amounts exceeding $250).
A suspect name or gender was not released. Troopers say the suspect was arrested in the village of Boonville, NY, while the charge itself stems from a disturbance in the town of Lee on September 19.
At press time, police said the teenage suspect was issued with a family court appearance ticket.
There were no further details provided.
