
LEYDEN- A disturbance in Southern Lewis County has resulted in the arrest of a local resident.
During the late hours on Monday, the New York State Police (Lowville) arrested and charged John T. Millard, 46, of Boonville, NY with one misdemeanor count of criminal contempt in the second-degree (disobeying court order).
According to Troopers, the arrest was made following a disturbance complaint earlier that evening in the town of Leyden.
At press time, police said that an investigation was pending.
Meanwhile, Millard was released and there were no further details provided.
