Town of Webb assault investigation results in charges against two Mohawk Valley area residents

WEBB- An assault investigation in the Western Adirondacks has resulted in charges filed against two Mohawk Valley area residents.

On Tuesday evening, the New York State Police (Remsen) arrested and charged Brianna T. Alberico, 19, of New Hartford, NY and an 18-year-old suspect from Rome, NY (no age or gender provided via youthful offender status) with one misdemeanor count each of assault in the third-degree (recklessly causing physical injury).

It’s reported that these arrests stem from an assault complaint on June 2 in the town of Webb.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending. Meanwhile, both suspects were issued with an appearance ticket.
