OLD FORGE- A man from the Mohawk Valley is accused of driving on a suspended privilege in the Western Adirondacks, authorities say.
Andrew T. Hunter, 51, of Deerfield, NY was arrested on August 23 by the Town of Webb Police Department. He is officially charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree, unlicensed operator and failing to keep right.
According to Chief of Police Ron Johnston, these charges stem from a traffic stop along State Route 28 in Old Forge, NY.
It’s alleged that Hunter was driving while his privileges were suspended in New York State, police said.
Hunter was released with an appearance ticket, with charges returnable to Webb Town Court at a later date.
